Living in Middlesex County, New Jersey

We’ve lived and worked in Middlesex County, New Jersey our whole lives. If you are considering building a new home in the area, there are lots of reasons to move here. There are also lots of reasons to stay and renovate your home.

On the job front, there are many large employers nearby such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merrill Lynch, Novo Nordisk and the Prudential Insurance Company. Not to mention several hospitals like Robert Wood Johnson and Saint Peters Medical Center. Hundreds of other employers are within a short radius.

If you are thinking of taking some classes to continue your education or have a student ready for college, our area offers several institutions of higher learning including Middlesex County College in Edison, Rutgers in New Brunswick & Piscataway and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey also in New Brunswick.

For the fun lovers, there are numerous historical, cultural and theatrical events to keep you going. Some of our favorites include Plays in the Park at Roosevelt Park in Edison; horseback riding, hiking, and fishing at Watchung Reservation; even grabbing a sandwich at the famous Harold’s Deli.
