Powanda Construction is owned by Edward Powanda, a life long resident of Colonia, New Jersey.  Edward started out working as a general contractor, repairing and renovating apartments throughout Middlesex County.  He learned the trade and was recognized for his PROMPT and DEPENDABLE service.  In 1985, Edward developed a desire for more exciting projects and he started his own construction company.  He immediately got work in his home town and surrounding communities making many happy home owners.

Over the years, Powanda Construction developed a reputation of producing high quality work and has grown in size and scope of projects.  Now, after building and renovating hundreds of homes in Central New Jersey, Powanda Construction is one of the top custom home builders in Middlesex and Union Counties.
